A beautiful cool and cloudy day for a ride. I am increasing my mileage because I want to lose some holiday weight and also to get in better shape for a local tour in a month or two. After considerable internal debate about whether to try a trailer or stick with the tour bike and panniers I ordered a second pair of Axiom panniers and a better quality rear rack. I will stick with the touring bike at least for now.
