After trying the Cygolite on the seat tube I moved it to the stay a few inches above the axle. I am still using the Planet Bike light on the seat tube. I do not think anyone coming from behind will be able to claim they did not see me. I still have a small blind spot from setting up the Cygolite. It is bright! It is rechargeable. Charging takes about 3 hours and the light runs for about 20 hours in the mode I have selected for now, SteadyPulse, a solid light with a periodic triple flash.
