Cold NW to W wind. Otherwise sunny and nice. Not much to report. Update: Sean, an Irish bike tourist is camped in the park tonight. He came down the coast from San Fransisco to San Diego. He did a 4 day loop tour around through Palm Desert with friends then came to 29 Palms via Pine Valley, Jacumba, The Fountain of Youth RV park near Niland and JTNP. He was happy to hang out in the laundry room with heat and light. It is a step up from camping out especially when the nights are lasting over 12 hours and it is chilly. Sorry about the poor photo. I will be sure to take 2 or more next time:
