I drove down to Bermuda Dunes to get blood dawn for my annual check up. I picked up my neighbor Bill at his assisted living place in Yucca Valley at about 12:30 and dropped him at Agua Caliente Casino in Palm Desert on the way. After the appointment I went to the mall in Palm Desert and got a food court Thai lunch and poked around. I got some bread and dried apricots at Trader Joe's, picked up a few things at the Walmart Supercenter, fetched Bill and came home. I immediately changed and set out to ride intending to get in 4-5 miles before dark. I ran into Ron from Alberta on my warmup lap and ended up talking to him until after dark. On the way home I recognized the trike that was at park HQ yesterday. It was on a rack on the back of an RV. I stopped and had a short chat with those folks and here we are. All in all a nice day.
